Overlooking the harbour, the Consular Palace, built in 1889 by the architect Henri Petit in the Neoclassical style, houses the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Algiers, Algeria, here in the early 20th century.
It required restauration works following the damage sustained during the earthquake of 21 May 2003.
Eventual defects are due the the age of the negative.
